What are your delivery options?
We use UPS and as our clothing is sent direct to you from Canada, delivery is usually within 4 working days.
Do you deliver internationally?
No. We serve the UK market.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes, these are classed as standard UK addresses and UK delivery charges apply. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays once we’ve passed your parcel to the British Forces postal service.
Can I have my order delivered to someone else?
We work hard to prevent unauthorised and fraudulent purchases and therefore we can deliver only to the cardholder’s billing address or, if you’re out at work during the day, we can deliver to your place of work.
What should I do if I don’t receive my parcel within the estimated delivery time?
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the estimated timescale, give us a call or send an email and we’ll track your parcel and find out why it hasn’t been delivered.
What if the courier misplaces my parcel?
In the rare event of your parcel being misplaced by the courier, we’ll make sure replacements are sent.
Please note: Claims for missing parcels must be made within 28 days of placing your order.
Which delivery company do you use?
We use UPS.
What if I’m not in when the parcel arrives?
Our courier will try to leave your parcel in a safe place. If this isn’t possible, they’ll leave a card so you can rearrange delivery.
What happens if only part of my order arrives?
Due to different warehouse locations, we may send your items out in different parcels and therefore some may be delivered earlier than others. If your outstanding items still haven’t arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, give us a call and we’ll find out why they haven’t been delivered.
